The Park School, Woking

I worked as the Art Teacher for years 6 to 9 for three years.  Here are pictures of an exhibition I produced of my student's work.

It was based on the work of Jasper Johns.  Students used a heat press and papers painted wit disperse dyes to create shapes.

Students also explored Jasper John's work through painting, using wax and papers to create textures.

This piece below was a whole class quilt printed on a large piece of fabric.  Each different pattern represented a letter of the alphabet so each student was able to place their letters on the heat press bed to create a coded name.
